FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When and where will the competition be held?

SMU Shuttler's Challenge will be held at Our Tampines Hub, Level 3, Community Auditorium, from 3-9 June 2024.
When does registrations close?

Registration will close on 26 April 2024, 2359hrs.
How will I know if I have successfully signed up?

A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been made successfully.
How many categories can I participate in?

Individuals are only allowed to participate in a maximum of 3 events.
How do I know if I am eligible for a category?

A player can participate in his/her age group or a higher age group category but not in a lower age group category. Eligibility is based on the player's year of birth. Example: Player born on 11 Nov 2011 (13 years old in 2024) is NOT eligible to participate in the Under 13 age group even though his/her age is only 12 years old as of the date or registration or event.
Will I get ranking points from participating?

Ranking points are only awarded to players who have signed up for a SBA Member ID. Points will be awarded every time they participate in SBA sanctioned local tournaments. Click here for more information.
